This Whiteline Ball Joint replaces the original equipment unit on Kia Sportage models built from 2020 to 2022. The Steel component is dimensionally matched to the original part, so steering feel and alignment settings are unchanged. Expect a small increase in road noise compared with the factory rubber item; this is normal for a firmer compound. Polyurethane resists oil, heat and the tearing that eventually splits factory rubber. Ball studs are heat treated and fitted with a dust boot to keep grit out of the bearing surface.
