These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Partovin website and to every order you place with [Registered business name] (ABN [ABN]). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
1. Our products and fitment
We work hard to show accurate fitment information. Parts displayed for your selected or saved vehicle are matched using the data available to us, but vehicles can vary by build date, trim and options. Please check the part numbers, specifications and any fitment notes on the product page, and contact us if you are unsure before ordering. If a part we showed as compatible with your selected vehicle does not fit, see our Returns & Refunds page.
2. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order – for example due to stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud – in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
3. Prices, GST and currency
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are shown before GST. For deliveries within Australia, 10% GST is added at checkout and itemised before you pay. Orders delivered to New Zealand are GST-free. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Payment
Payment is required in full at checkout unless you hold an approved trade account with credit terms. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
5. Delivery, risk and title
Delivery times, charges and conditions are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when we receive full payment.
6. Returns, refunds and warranty
Our Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages form part of these terms.
7. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
8. Installation and safe use
Many automotive parts, especially brake, steering, suspension and fuel components, affect vehicle safety. They should be fitted by a qualified mechanic and in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. We are not responsible for loss arising from incorrect installation or use.
9. Trade accounts
Trade accounts are available to eligible businesses and are subject to approval. Trade pricing, credit limits and payment terms are set out in your trade agreement and may be changed or withdrawn if the terms are not met.
10. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated tools to copy our catalogue or data without permission.
11. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and product data, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Brand names and part numbers belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to goods is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies. Questions? Email [Support email] or call [Phone number].
