Built to original equipment form, fit and function, the Ryco Oil Filter covers Honda CR-V and Honda Civic 1.5L Turbo Petrol models built from 2016 to 2025. Thread and gasket dimensions match the factory unit, and a nitrile seal is pre-fitted to the base plate. An integrated anti-drainback valve keeps oil in the filter at shutdown, so oil pressure comes up quickly on start-up. Change intervals of 10,000km are typical, or every six months for vehicles doing short trips and towing. The bypass valve opens at 100kPa to protect the engine during cold starts and heavy load. Filtration efficiency is rated at 8 micron nominal with a high-capacity Cellulose element that holds contaminant without restricting flow.
