NGK Ignition Coil to suit Mazda CX-5 and Mazda3 2.5L Petrol models built from 2018 to 2023, supplied ready to fit with no modification required. Primary resistance is approximately 0.5 ohms with secondary output above 45 kV for a strong spark under boost and load. Weak coils typically show as a rough idle, a flashing check engine light and a cylinder-specific misfire code. The Epoxy Resin encapsulation resists vibration, engine bay heat and moisture ingress. The connector and mounting flange are a direct match for the factory loom, so no adaptors are needed. Fitting new spark plugs at the same time protects the new coil from excessive secondary voltage load. Packaging and labelling include the part number and application data for easy stock control.
