Built to original equipment form, fit and function, the Monroe Rear Shock Absorber covers Nissan X-Trail models built from 2019 to 2021. Twin-tube gas pressurised design resists aeration and fade on corrugated dirt roads. Rod diameter is 14mm with a hard chrome finish and a multi-lip seal package to keep dust out. Extended length is approximately 510mm and compressed length 415mm, matching the factory mounting geometry. Damping rates are set slightly firmer than standard to control body roll with a loaded tray or roof rack. Bushes and mounting hardware are supplied where the original unit was fitted with them. The Nitrogen Gas Charged construction uses a 40mm piston bore with a multi-stage valve stack tuned for laden and unladen comfort. Supplied new and backed by a 24 Months warranty.
