This Koyorad Radiator replaces the original equipment unit on Mazda3 2.5L Petrol models built from 2020 to 2024. The Aluminium core is brazed with plastic or alloy tanks, pressure tested and leak checked before packing. The higher-capacity core is worth having if you tow or run a loaded vehicle in summer. Core size is approximately 600mm x 400mm x 42mm with 2 rows of tube for reliable heat rejection. Fill with the correct coolant type and bleed the system properly; air locks cause hot spots and cracked heads. Tank and mounting positions match the factory unit, including hose diameters and fan shroud points. Packaging and labelling include the part number and application data for easy stock control.
