Built to original equipment form, fit and function, the Gates Radiator Cap covers Toyota Hilux and Toyota Prado models built from 2019 to 2021. The Brass construction resists coolant additives, heat cycling and pressure fatigue. Pressure rating is 120kPa; running the wrong rating will either boil the coolant or stress the radiator seams. Replace the cap, thermostat and hoses together on high-kilometre vehicles - they are cheap compared with a head gasket. Opening temperature is 82 degrees Celsius, matching the engine management calibration. Hose is moulded to the factory shape with the correct bends, clip locations and internal diameter.
