These Ferodo Rear Brake Pads are a direct-fit replacement for Toyota Prado 4x4 models built from 2017 to 2019. Underlayer construction insulates the backing plate from heat and protects the caliper piston seals. Rubberised backing shims and mechanical retention keep each pad located in the caliper for quiet, rattle-free operation. Chamfered and slotted edges cut brake squeal, while the scorched friction surface shortens the bed-in period to around 200km. Low-dust characteristics help keep alloy wheels cleaner between washes. Nominal friction thickness is 17mm, matched to the original caliper piston area and rotor swept face. The friction compound is a Semi-Metallic formulation that gives consistent bite from cold and resists fade under towing, hills and stop-start traffic. Every unit is supplied new with a 24 Months warranty against manufacturing defect.
