Thread and gasket dimensions match the factory unit, and a nitrile seal is pre-fitted to the base plate. The steel canister is roll-formed and pressure tested well beyond normal operating pressure. Filtration efficiency is rated at 8 micron nominal with a high-capacity Synthetic Media element that holds contaminant without restricting flow.
