These DBA Front Brake Pads are a direct-fit replacement for Hyundai i30 models built from 2019 to 2021. Chamfered and slotted edges cut brake squeal, while the scorched friction surface shortens the bed-in period to around 200km. Nominal friction thickness is 18mm, matched to the original caliper piston area and rotor swept face. Underlayer construction insulates the backing plate from heat and protects the caliper piston seals. Rubberised backing shims and mechanical retention keep each pad located in the caliper for quiet, rattle-free operation. The friction compound is a Ceramic formulation that gives consistent bite from cold and resists fade under towing, hills and stop-start traffic.
