This DBA Front Brake Disc Rotor replaces the original equipment unit on Mazda CX-3 models built from 2018 to 2019. The Steel casting is high-carbon enriched for better damping and quieter braking. Supplied with a light protective oil film; clean with brake cleaner before fitting. The casting is fully machined, dynamically balanced and given a protective coating on the hat and edges to slow surface rust. Runout is held under 0.05mm at the mounting face, which prevents the pedal pulsation that follows a poorly machined rotor. Outside diameter is 255mm with a new thickness of 26mm and a minimum machining thickness of 28mm. Vane geometry is matched to the original design so cooling airflow and thermal expansion behave as the factory intended. Every unit is supplied new with a 12 Months warranty against manufacturing defect.
