Bosch Rear Brake Pads to suit Isuzu D-Max models built from 2021 to 2023, supplied ready to fit with no modification required. Underlayer construction insulates the backing plate from heat and protects the caliper piston seals. Nominal friction thickness is 15mm, matched to the original caliper piston area and rotor swept face. Rubberised backing shims and mechanical retention keep each pad located in the caliper for quiet, rattle-free operation. Chamfered and slotted edges cut brake squeal, while the scorched friction surface shortens the bed-in period to around 200km. The friction compound is a Ceramic formulation that gives consistent bite from cold and resists fade under towing, hills and stop-start traffic. Every unit is supplied new with a 24 Months warranty against manufacturing defect.
